Prep Supervisor 
 
We are seeking a Prep Supervisor to support the daily operations of our kitchen and ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and food safety standards. This role is ideal for a motivated kitchen professional who enjoys leading a team, maintaining high standards, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, upholding established standards for product quality, food safety, and productivity.
  • Train, coach, and support kitchen team members to ensure proper preparation methods and compliance with recipes.
  • Maintain prep pars and ensure the kitchen is fully stocked and prepared for daily service.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding kitchen needs, workflow, and performance.
  • Ensure all recipes are prepared according to LuLu’s standards without exception.
Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months of demonstrated experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment.
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong ability to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and production calculations.
  • Proven attention to detail and commitment to consistency and quality.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while remaining calm under pressure.
